What to do?

What to do with our time?
Confused... being pulled in too many direction? I know that I am. Sitting in a hospital room day after day gives you time to think. I wonder am I too old? Do I have time to do all I want to do? What should I do first? Knowing that I am destined to help others but having to also pay bills. I need to take the leap and just go for it. Make my moment, my destiny, fulfill it NOW. No Regrets!
